Peace Of Mind has been our authorised Crimsafe Licensee in New Zealand for over 10 years with branches in Upper Hutt (Wellington), Greytown and Auckland.
The Auckland branch has recently ventured into commercial projects and the below photos are the results of their first project. They have been working closely with the Housing New Zealand team to find a solution that was both practical, strong and aesthetically pleasing for their social housing projects.
In conjunction with Mode architects, who also have offices in Queensland and were familiar with Crimsafe, they were able to design and deliver the below project.
The project was not without its logistical issues, the most pressing was the placement of the scaffolding during construction which made the installation of the screens difficult.
Based on the success of this project they now have two future projects in the pipeline with Housing New Zealand and hope that this will become the new standard for breezeways in social housing projects throughout the country.
